Two Oceans Marathon organisers have confirmed the 2027 qualifying window, running till 7 March 2027. Ultra Marathon hopefuls need a sub-5-hour marathon to qualify, organisers are urging runners not to leave their submissions for the last stretch.

This weekend's full Spring Moon reaches its peak at 18:48 on Saturday, rising in Cape Town around 18:44, with Saturn appearing close by. Grab a spot with a clear eastern horizon, the moon looks most striking low on the horizon just after moonrise.
