Two days after Airlink's stadium flypast went viral, someone's already turned it into Flappy Link, a Flappy Bird spinoff where the goal is flying as low as possible without crashing. Leaderboard, clearance measurement, cheeky warnings when you cut it too close, and yes, watch out for the Hadedas.

YU Asian is doing Japanese-inspired izakaya small plates in about as dreamy a setting as you'll find, worth adding to the list for a proper sit-down evening of sharing plates.
Kloof Street House is doing the kind of dinner worth slowing down for, warm ciabatta with a trio of flavoured butters to start, a fillet that goes melt-in-your-mouth after. Gorgeous surroundings to match, a proper date-night pick.
Curiosity Cat Cafe in Noordhoek is a proper bucket-list stop for cat lovers, fluffy, sociable Siberian cats roaming a relaxed coffee-house setting. Book ahead, it fills up, and pair it with a walk on Noordhoek Beach while you're out that way.
